THE CASINO is a historical building in Constanța County, one of the most representative city symbols, built in the year 1909 and inaugurated in august of 1910. It’s design was created by architect Daniel Renard who made the first project in 1903. Between 1985 and 1987, the building was renovated and completely refurnished. The Casino is situated at the seafront, on Regina Elisabeta Boulevard
